The property offers a marina with 30 all-weather slips for boats up to a maximum of 165 feet and six hotel rooms each with pool and harbour views from the balcony, two queen beds, ensuite bathrooms, a wet bar, desk and cable TV. There is also one master cottage that has a large bedroom, two bathrooms, a living and dining area and a full-size kitchen.
