The Association of Bahamas Marinas has elected its leadership team for 2023-2024. Nassau Cruise Port’s Marques Williams was returned as president and Atlantis’ Obiama Knowles was elected vice president. Williams’ reelection then leaves Bay Street Marina’s Peter Maury as past president.

The ABM is represented on 17 islands in the archipelago by 41 marina members and supported by 60 allied members.
It is the primary advocate for the recreational maritime sector in The Bahamas and the ABM’s website, www.bahamasmarinas.com, is a valued source of guidance and information for private boaters interested in traveling to The Bahamas. The ABM has also launched a smartphone app. The Bahamas Marinas app. is available for download from the Android and iOS stores.
